COAPUR™ XS 48

Coapur™ XS 48 is a solvent-free and APEO-free associative polyurethane thickener designed for water-based formulations. It provides a Newtonian to balanced rheology profile and can replace combinations of medium- and high-shear rheology modifiers. It shows a high effectiveness with most binders and helps achieve the desired rheology adjustment with a low dosage. It can be used in combination with low-shear rheology modifiers to improve application properties such as sag- and settling resistance, brush- and roller loading.Coapur™ XS 48 provides excellent film build, spatter resistance and leveling to low-medium PVC paints such as satin paints. It helps to achieve very good color development and stabilization.
