Terrablend™ Additives for ceramic industry

Terrablendâ„¢ 44 has been specifically designed to disperse ceramic clays for tile and sanitary ware applications. Terrablendâ„¢ 44 boosts the efficiency of sodium silicates dispersing agents for ceramic clays and as such can be used in blend with them. Terrablendâ„¢ 44 can also be used alone for sanitary ware manufacturing when silicates cannot be employed. Terrablendâ„¢ 44 is highly recommended when the clays to be processed are plastic and bring viscosity to the slip. Terrablendâ„¢ 44 chemical nature makes it very stable in the hard processing conditions of ceramic clays grinding: resistance to high temperature, to high pH and to hydrolysis.

Terrablendâ„¢ ACC has been specifically designed to disperse ceramic clays. Terrablendâ„¢ ACC boosts the efficiency of sodium silicates dispersing agents for ceramic clays. Terrablendâ„¢ ACC is to be used, after neutralisation by sodium hydroxide, in blend with sodium silicates for tile manufacturing. Topsperseâ„¢ 1438 is a dispersant especially suitable to produce stable and fluid CaCO3 slurries at medium to high solids content with a range in particle sizes from coarse to fine.
TOPSPERSEâ„¢ 439
Topsperseâ„¢ 439 is an effective processing aid which can be used to make the wet grinding process of calcium carbonate more efficient like a better throughput and/or energy saving.

TOPSPERSEâ„¢ GX N
Topsperseâ„¢ GX N is specially designed to disperse pigments with high specific surface (kaolin, precipitated calcium carbonate) with an excellent compatibility between the suspensions of different pigments and a low Brookfield viscosity to high solids slurries. It provides an excellent storage stability, is very efficient, needs low level of use. It's a ready to use liquid. Post-addition is possible.

Topsperse™ IP D is a new and optimized dispersing agent for Mineral Pigments and Coating Colors. It shows Improved Pigment Dispersion. Topsperse™ IP D is a means to decrease the viscosity. As additive Topsperse™ IP D improves the products compatibility, controls the pigments agglomeration during coating colors make-down and avoids the viscosity shocks. Lower viscosities allow for an efficient addition of Thickeners.

Topsperseâ„¢ JX A is a non-ionic, highly specialized dispersant for InkJet Coating Colors. It is specifically designed to protect pigments from flocculation, avoid the peaks of viscosity during coating color make down, and reduces the end viscosity even at high solids. Topsperseâ„¢ JX A can be utilized to ease the mix of InkJet Coating Colors, thus shortening the transition between paper types and reducing circuit washing times & wastewater generation - leading to significant costs savings.
